Ready to Apply?

 You can fax, email, or personally drop these documents off at Advance English Academy.

 Please email us if you are unable to download the

  •  Download the Transfer Form  if y ou are transferring, in the USA Only.
  •  Copy of your Passport for Everyone.
  •  A bank statement, showing us that you have sufficient funds to support yourself while studying in
    the USA (Everyone) Please be sure that your bank statement is in US dollars. Thank you.
  • If the student is applying from outside the USA, please send Advance an Application Form,
    a copy of the student's passport, and a bank statement  (1 year = $16,000).
    Also, include a payment of $200, and any optional fees, if applicable.
    Once you have been officially accepted to Advance, we will mail you a Letter of Acceptance
    & an I-20. The student will receive these documents in 5-8 days.
    Read THIS article. Pay the SEVIS fee before you make an appointment with the US
    Embassy, and visit the US Embassy's website in your country to make an appointment.

Please Register for class on the Thursday, or Friday
before your Program Start Date! Also, all students
must pay 12 weeks of tuition when registering.
Students can pay month-to-month after paying for 12

There is no refund for fees other than tuition (please see our Refund Policy for details on tuition refunds).
